In rare cases our customers report about cracked onaholes even though they used it very carefully.

Since the manufacturer and us have no interest in selling low-quality products in most cases we are able to exchange these broken item.

The main reason for cracks in onaholes are mostly material defects which are caused by manufacturing errors. The Japanese factories are proud of their products and they are very embarrassed about these flaws. They are doing everything to avoid these defects.

Omocha Dreams receives replacements for broken products. This way we are able to exchange broken items for you guys without a problem. This gesture of the manufacturer is proof for us that these defects are very rare and the factory knows that flaws are not a regular thing.

That is why we ask you to refer from product feedbacks that are reduced to defects only.

It is a fact that onaholes are very durable and if treated correctly they will last for years. If you find holes or cracks after a short time please return the defect product to us. Please make sure the product is as clean as possible before returning. If you need help with returning the product, please contact us here. We will forward it to the manufacturer and decide whether you are eligible for a free exchange.
